Issue #3 - Solution
Let's discuss the #1 issue that we face most of the time, and that is it's only showing "WP Import Options" or just an empty space in the Import area.
Thankfully, there's a quick fix for that: go to the Support Menu of the Theme Import options and click the Reset Button at the bottom.
Now, you'll need to set the Batch size. We recommend you set it to 10.
This one might be the strangest, and it's infrequent; sometimes, the Importer calls for the Import files from the Plugins folder instead of the Themes folder.
To quickly fix the issue, move the Theme Folder from the "Themes" Folder to the "Plugins" Folder, and then you'll be able to import the demo content without any issues.

After Importing demo content, you can delete the Theme Files from the Plugins Folder.
This is also a very rare one, and mostly Flywheel users have this issue. If you've enabled Password Protection on your site, you may need to disable it to be able to import the demo content.
